Biography
Shelby Duncan’s images capture a youthful and spontaneous energy.
As a photographer/artist she specializes in fashion, portraiture, lifestyle, and travel.
Duncan always aims to capture vibrant moments that highlight the experience of the authentic connections she makes with her subjects. She often photographs analog with ambient light or on camera flash creating images that retain the truth and rawness of an interaction. Duncan was born and raised in Reno, Nevada.
Based in Paris since 2018, she wants to purposefully tell the visceral stories of passionate people in order to inspire her audience to live life fully with an open and wild heart.
Feminist & activist, she shot the Handsaway campaign in 2020 to fight against sexism & sexual assault against women.
